NPH and Hugh Jackman are probably the 2 hosts of the Tony awards that will bring in viewers who don’t live in the NYC area.

They are dynamic, amusing, and both can actually carry a tune – essential I think for a Tony host.

Although I don’t have any favorites this year, having seen none of the nominated plays or musicals, I might tune in just for the spectacle. And for the promised-by-the-promo Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark performance…you never know, someone might fall and kill someone! (Though I remember they did a number last year, so not sure why they’re showing it this year).
